Recently, objects of complex geological structure are increasingly involved in the development of oil and gas deposits. Progress of methods of electric log and increasing requirements for accuracy of interpretation requires using of high-performance numerical simulation programs. NVidia CUDA is suitable technology allowing effective implementation of algorithmical tools for mathematical modeling. In this paper describes created parallel algorithms for modeling electric log data in two-dimensional conductive models of geological environment. The two-dimensional direct problem is reduced to solving of system of linear equations by using finite difference method. We consider two different approaches to solving system of linear equations: square-root method and preconditioned conjugate gradients method. Velocities are obtained for created algorithms. It is shown that using of graphics processors for computation can improve velocities compared with identical calculations on the CPU.
