This study investigates the effectiveness of value education programs in secondary schools, emphasizing their critical role in contemporary education. The research aims to comprehensively evaluate the impact of these programs on students' holistic development and provide recommendations for improvement and future prospects. By establishing an evaluation framework encompassing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions, the article conducts an in-depth analysis of the outcomes of value education implementation. The findings reveal significant achievements in enhancing students' value cognition, emotional identification, and behavioral performance. The study’s scientific novelty lies in its focus not only on the direct outcomes of value education but also on its future development trends from a cross-cultural perspective and its integration with other educational domains.
