Eurasian perspective in the researches of folk instruments of the Volga-Ural region

The article examines the research areas, providing an idea about the Eurasian origin of the instrumental folk traditions. Musical parallels and interactions, their spatio-temporal fusion are typical for the folk instruments of Mordvinians. The phenomenon is explained by a number of hypotheses, which are interesting for the new interpretation of the universal research.
