The main performer of the social order for primary education is the primary school teacher. A large part of the teachers believe that the use of computer and technology created on its basis in the process of primary education can facilitate pedagogical work, which is important for the development and socialization of students. However, the study of practical experience has shown that the use of Information Technology in primary education is not a mass phenomenon. The reasons include not only unresolved organizational and pedagogical problems, but also the fact that the teacher is not ready to solve the tasks set by the standard, inform the educational process in the primary classes. As it turned out, the use of computer does not provide a new quality of primary education, which is aimed at informatization of the educational process. The reason is that there is a lack of clear views on how the objectives of primary education can be achieved in the conditions of informatization of the educational process, on the content, tools, forms of organization, necessary changes in the methods and methods of teaching and learning, on the specific characteristics of the formation of the teacher's willingness to plan these changes. At the same time, the innovator has accumulated experience in the successful implementation of some areas of the use of Information Technology in the professional activities of teachers. The reason is that in the context of informatization of the educational process, how the objectives of primary education can be achieved, the primary school students will be informed about the content, tools, forms of organization, the necessary changes in the methods and methods of teaching and learning, the teacher's own willingness to plan these changes.
The use of information and Communication Technology in schools consists of two main areas. The first is to take advantage of the power of these technologies for distance learning at any time and to introduce students into the education system only those who can learn from their homes comfortably. It should be said that there are many competitors of such remote training. His opponents rightly argue that distance learning students lose their quality of education: work in classes, reading literature, communicating with teachers and other students in the classroom and in school.[1]
Thus, the multi-level social demand and practice of Primary Education Development has necessitated the comprehensive study and implementation of educational process informatization in primary school. The analysis of monographic and scientific-methodological literature, the results of the dissertation research devoted to the problems of informatization, made it possible to determine the next level of study of the problem. The science of pedagogy has captured evidence of the positive impact of a number of specific educational skills and shaxsiyat characteristics developmenttirishga new tools and methods of teaching. The content and technology of preparing primary school teachers for the use of Information Technology in their professional activities have been developed.
Boshlang'ich ta'lim bosqichida axborot texnologiyalaridan foydalanish yosh o'quvchilarni texnologik tayyorlashning sifat jihatidan yangi holatiga olib keladi. O'qituvchilar faoliyatini "elektron vositalar" ta'sirida qayta tashkil etish integratsiya jarayonlari bilan birga olib boriladi. Axborot texnologiyalari vositalarini an'anaviy o'qitish vositalari bilan birlashtirish boshlang'ich sinf o'quvchilarining mehnat mashg'ulotlarini ma'lumot bilan birlashtirishga imkon beradi.[2]

The theory and practice of information processing in primary school education is accompanied by the dependent factors in which there is a difficult problem:

- informatization developmenttirishga between expected results of Public Investment and actual changes in primary education practice;

- between the need for informatization of primary education and the theoretical inadequacy of this process;

- between the changing characteristics of the educational process in the primary school and the need to change in accordance with the existing educational and educational traditions;

- between the readiness of the primary school teacher to widely use modern information technologies in the educational process and the inadequacy of didactic and methodological provision of its formation;

- new approaches in assessing the results of the educational process, which changes in the conditions of informatization
There are the following forms of use of information and Communication Technology in education:

- preparation of didactic materials for lessons (creation of multimedia presentations on various topics, educational programs, etc.). Multimedia presentations is a method of presenting data using computer programs that combine dynamics.[3]
In primary education, the idea of achieving a guaranteed result in the old education, which consists in providing ready-made information to the students and ensuring that the students keep them in their memories, is not considered. By taking an in-depth approach to each issue in primary education, it is not only that the information previously designed was given by the teacher, but also that the students work independently, the lesson focused on sharing ideas with the teacher and thought about achieving a guaranteed result, comparing traditional and non-traditional education and their advantages have been revealed.[4]
Currently, interest in the application of interactive methods and information technologies in the educational process is increasing day by day. One of the reasons why this happens is that by this time, in traditional education, students are taught to acquire only ready-made knowledge, while the use of modern technologies teaches them to search for the knowledge they possess, independently study and think, analyze, and even draw the final conclusions themselves. The teacher in this process creates conditions for the development, formation, acquisition and education of the individual and at the same time performs the function of management, directing. Today in education, modern technologies such as "smart attack", "Mind attack", "networks" method, "Sinkveyn", "BBB", "fifth plus", "6x6x6", "discussion", "role play", FSMU, "work in small groups", "rounded snow", "Zigzag", "let me say The Last Word" are used.
The need to eliminate the identified dependencies, necessitates the theoretical justification, development and application of theeksex approach to the informatization of the primary school educational process. The need to formulate teachers ' willingness to make effective use of Information Technology in primary school is still preserved.
