Factors of actualization of the formation of health-preserving professional competence of students at the university

The article is devoted to identifying factors for updating the formation of health preserving professional competence of specialists and students in the field of higher education. This becomes important in modern socio political and socio economic conditions of the existence and development of Russian society with its inherent multiple transformation and innovation processes. Such processes include informatization and digitalization of the sphere of higher education, its intensive transition to virtual forms of communication, for example, electronic and distance learning. In addition, the problems associated with the pandemic and the information war in the world have heightened interest in studying ways and means of preserving and developing the health of educational subjects based on the formation of health preserving media competencies. The main documents aimed at the importance and significance of updating the formation of health preserving professional competence of university specialists and students have been identified and characterized. The article formulates the main factors for updating the formation of health preserving professional competence of specialists: economic, technological, natural, informational, sociopolitical, etc. It is determined that the information war in the world is one of the leading factors in updating the issues of developing the professional competence of a health preserving specialist. This demonstrates the importance of special training for university teachers and future specialists (students) competent in is sues of health saving media education. We came to the conclusion that building healthpreserving and professional competence at a university is being updated in connection with the transformation of Russian society, the COVID 19 pandemic and the information war in the world, with digitalization and informatization of all spheres of human life, including the sphere of higher education.
