Factors influencing the development of non-aviation activities and the level of income from commercial activities of an air transport enterprise

The purpose of the article is to study issues that affect the non-aeronautical activities of airport, as well as ways to achieve a level of income from commercial activities. The analysis allows us to state that a competent combination of retailers and concessions, establishing close cooperation with exhaustive concessions maximizes the installation from non-aeronautical activities. In addition, increased enjoyment affecting non-aeronautical activities helps the airport be less receptive to economic changes, better service quality, increased prestige and prestige of the airport in international air transport.
