The results of the study of acute toxicity, cumulative properties has been expounded In this work. It was found that the maximum tolerance dose of ultracaine D-S forte for the mouse is 240mg / kg, LD16 = 253.24mg/kg, average lethal dose LD50 = 266,67 ± 2,76mg/kg, absolutely lethal dose 290mg / kg, and the coefficient of cumulation Kk = 5.48.
