We have set important tasks for educating a person's personality, his high spiritual qualities, forming the ideology of national independence, and educating the younger generation in the spirit of respect, attention, and love for our rich cultural heritage and historical values. In particular, it is important to organize the effective use of modern educational technologies in the process of teaching in the native language.

In research, learning technology is a method and means of interaction between participants in the educational process, that is, pupils and trainees. Elements of educational technology-methods, methods, tools and forms are adequately selected and applied to the following, that is, to the educational goals, complexity and content of educational information, age and physiological characteristics of pupils, pedagogical skills and individual characteristics of the teacher, financial security of the educational institution.

The main feature and advantage of technologization of education is the application of a systematic approach to the educational process, programming the activities of teachers and pupils based on the design of all educational situations in order to ensure the achievement of the goal.

The study describes that educational technologies are a systematic method of creation, application and description, taking into account technical and human resources, as well as their interaction, which raises the question of optimizing the entire educational process. Educational technology is a set of methods for organizing, conducting and evaluating education based on learning tools. The essence of educational technology is the complete design of the educational process in order to ensure guaranteed achievement of learning results.

Educational technology is a systematic method of creating, implementing and evaluating the entire learning and learning process, based on the ability of people to learn and interact with them, research results, as well as on living, non-living tools for more effective organization of the educational process, focused on achieving the educational goal.

Learning technology is, first of all, a process as a pedagogical technology-it means movement. This is the technological process of developing and implementing an educational model, which includes an ordered unit of methods and tools that ensure the guaranteed achievement of promising results and the implementation of real educational processes in changing conditions, over a set period of time, and secondly, the description and sequence of the project of pedagogical and educational activities to achieve the goals and in the future.

Currently, the most urgent tasks are to ensure the organization of the educational process based on individual educational technologies.

Today, the teacher should teach pupils independent knowledge, search and decision-making, not limited to the formation of knowledge and practical skills, mastering modern knowledge.

Technologies of teaching in the native language and literature lessons that are aimed at people require a different approach in the learning process. The teacher must change his attitude to the pupil and to the subject.

The theoretical foundations of personality-oriented education in the native language and literature lessons include:

  • -    determine the place and identity of the pupil in the learning process;

  • -    there are regulatory requirements for the professional development of the pupil. These norms are reflected in state educational standards and their requirements;

  • -    in the organization of the educational process, the creative abilities and skills of the teacher are of great importance.

  • -    requires the use of human-centered learning technologies.

Modern education-training of highly qualified specialists taking into account the requirements of a free economy, the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities in the chosen specialty of pupils, independent practical training, it should provide training activities. Therefore, researchers and advanced teachers are looking for ways, technologies and methods to develop a creative approach to learning activities in pupils. These studies are a continuation and development of the general process, which is to create a new structure for the education of society. One of the advanced pedagogical technologies that today gives a positive effect in the learning process is problem-based learning.

Problem-based learning is one of the most effective teaching methods that mainly demonstrates the logic of problem situations based on scientific knowledge. Inclusion of problem situations, the traditional description of which is the most optimal composition of the training material. In the method of problem learning, it is advisable to effectively use problem questions, situations, questions, tasks, and key stages. The modular learning system, considered advanced pedagogical technologies, is one of the most promising learning systems, since it is best adapted to the system of developing pupils ' cognitive abilities and creative abilities.

The peculiarity of the method of setting educational goals in learning on a modular basis is that educational goals are determined by results that are expressed and clearly visible and measured in the activities of pupils. To be able to repeat learning, measuring, defining learning goals, everyone must have criteria for achieving the goal, that is, the learning goal must be set in such a way that it is possible to make a clear conclusion about what he has achieved. In the context of subjects, the composition of science is divided into logical sections, within the section information is given and pupils are trained, the advantage of which is that the separate composition of science is studied in depth and strengthened, and the independent educational process is activated.

The introduction of computer-based learning technology will pave the way for distance learning. Computer-based learning technologies are mainly implemented through electronic educational resources.

The conducted experiments show that the use of computer technologies in the educational process at the lessons of the native language and literature strengthens the learning period. Activates pupils, creates an opportunity for pupils to slowly learn additional classes. Pupils always have the opportunity to evaluate their knowledge. In the process of applying computer-based learning technology, the possibility of constant communication and control between the pupil and the teacher is expanded, resulting in the analysis and synthesis of the knowledge obtained, that is, the creation of real conditions for evaluation.

It is advisable to organize optimal and effective use of modern educational technologies in the process of teaching at native language and literature lessons. This depends on the knowledge and skills of the teacher – employee and requires more work on themselves, the desire to master modern knowledge, hard work, dedication and dedication. It is desirable that these processes occur not only in professional activities, but also in the family way of life, and reflected in the upbringing of children. Because the family is a sacred concept, it is the basic unit of society. If the family is strong, the well-being and peace of society are an important factor in further prosperity.
