This article reveals the cause-and-effect aspects of the development of actionism as an innovative phenomenon. The tendencies of increasing interest in various types of aesthetic actionism are manifested both in mass culture and in specialized areas of aesthetic and cultural knowledge. Particular attention is paid to the influence of the anthropological crisis and information technologies on the motivation of participants in aesthetic actions, which occupy a prominent place in the cultural space of our time. The article reveals the scientific feasibility and practical significance of highlighting in modern aesthetics new analytical approaches to nature and the main parameters of art practices, as well as to the transformation of the languages of art. Within the boundaries of the anthropological, relational and projective directions of post-non-classical aesthetics, the possibilities of understanding the specifics of actionism and an adequate assessment of the director’s factor in the implementation of the principle of aesthetic involvement of spectators in the spectacular and play space of art practices are expanding.
