The phenomenon of imitative religiosity is scrutinized in the paper, which proves unavoidable for any militant atheism in both its most important dimensions, the atheistic scienticism and building of the atheistic church. A suggestion for explanation of this paradox is also offered by referring to the concept of the religious sense congenital to every human being (divinitatis sensus), dating back already to the argument for the existence of the divine world, the so-called historical prove, by the ancient philosophers (the later Plato, Epicurus, Cicero) and developed now in Alvin Plantinga’s reformist epistemology. It is displayed as well that imitative origins of atheistic religiosity don’t contradict to the fact that question is about real religiosity however perverse it is.
