The conflict phenomenon and pedagogical studies

The article presents views on the problem and phenomenology of conflict, psychological particularities, types, specifics, categorization, and ways of people management in conflict situations. Due to the difficulty and capacities of the psychological phenomenon of the notion «conflict», its interpretations depend on initial theoretical and criteria bases.
