Polysubject management interaction in training military universities’ cadets for organizational and management activities

The need to prepare cadets of military universities for the implementation of organizational and managerial activities actualizes the development of the competencies of polysubject managerial interaction, which allow combining the potential and efforts of many subjects in the implementation of professional activities, ensuring its effectiveness. The study reveals the essence of polysubject managerial interaction and determines its place in the system of training cadets of military universities for organizational and managerial activities. The search and analysis of scientific literature on the problem under study were the main procedures for carrying out the research. The essence of the term “polysubject managerial interaction” was revealed, its etymological analysis was carried out. The classification of the interaction and the communities corresponding to these interactions are described. The principles of implementation of polysubject management interaction are presented. The most wide-spread concepts, approaches and management theories have been analyzed to assess their possibility to implement polysubject managerial interaction and their applicability in the system of organizational and managerial relations of military specialists. Based on the results of the analysis, management styles were identified that correspond to the principles of polysubject management interaction and the corresponding implementation conditions have been formulated. In addition, daily (non-combat) activities were identified as the most optimal aspect of the organizational and administrative activities of military specialists for the implementation of polysubject managerial interaction. The results of the analysis made it possible to draw a positive conclusion about the viability of the phenomenon of polysubject managerial interaction in the system of training cadets of military universities for organizational and managerial activities.
