Interactive training as a form of educational process optimizes essence, contents and structure of pedagogical interaction. Researchers note that during such trainings its participants learn to think critically, solve complex problems using the analysis of circumstances and the relevant information, analyze alternative opinions, make the informed decisions, discuss, communicate with interesting persons. Nowadays, when media educational technologies develop quickly, we should pay attention to their interactivity. Moreover, three years' experience of holding the All-Ukrainian student's festival "Publishing NON-STOP" (at first in the Kiev National University of Taras Shevchenko, now at the Kiev National University of Culture and Arts) lets us speak about a new form of interactive media training - collective immersion in future profession.
Media festival, media educational technologies, immersion in a profession, interactive training
