Financial literacy of population in Russia: challenges and prospects

The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the issue of financial literacy in Russia at the present stage of development. The purpose of this work was to study the cause of the problems with financial literacy in the country and the problems themselves, as well as the search for solutions and prospects. The author reveals the concept of "financial literacy", its structure, explores the causes of problems and the problems themselves, as well as the prospects and solutions to these problems. It is shown that the role of financial literacy in Russia is large enough and raising its level among citizens is an important task facing the state, the solution of which is very important both for the state and for the economy and citizens, in particular.
