Financial literacy as a component of a person's functional literacy

The scientific article provides a research analysis of the distinctive features of financial literacy of Russian citizens at the moment, as well as an analysis of possible directions for improving its level. The article analyzes the relevance of financial literacy for Russians. The list of the most important problems related to improving financial literacy is given. The goals and objectives of the federal project aimed at improving the financial literacy of Russians are analyzed.
