Financial and material barriers to resource transformations of a charity institute in the context of social inequality

The article presents the author's classification of barriers to resource transformations of a charity institution in the context of social inequality. Based on theoretical provisions and the author's tools, during in-depth interviews with the heads of charitable organizations of the North Caucasian Federal District, the goal of the study was achieved - to identify obstacles to the transformation of institutional resources of charity. It is shown that the emergence of barriers in the sphere of obtaining and using financial and material resources can be caused by a number of sanctions that impede the possibility of receiving financial assistance from foreign countries for charitable purposes (megabarriers). Among the macrobarriers, the main barrier is the imperfection of the regulatory framework for charity. The heads of charitable organizations of the North Caucasus Federal District attributed bureaucracy at the level of local government to the barriers of a meso-level nature, which is manifested in many aspects. At the micro level of social organization, financial and material barriers can be of both objective and subjective nature.
