Fitness and theoretical issues of formation of universal competencies

The development of physical culture and sports is today an important and promising direction. Saving and improving the nation is an important vector of the state policy of the Russian Federation at the present stage. To achieve great success in this area of work, the state should pay more attention to various non-standard and original directions of sports and recreation. A popular element of fitness is yoga. Recently, it has been studied from a scientific and pedagogical point of view. Yoga gymnastics is an interesting set of exercises that optimally develop various muscle groups, positively affecting the tissues and ligaments of the body, improves tone and improves the overall condition of the body. The study substantively proved all the main ideas laid down in its theoretical part in practice. Experience in the field of fitness and development of fitness centers and clubs was analyzed, various models of approaches to the development of this industry were investigated, and the effect of fitness on health was evaluated. Success in mastering competences is closely related to success in the other two indicators, because, due to the growing interest and increasing the level of health and physical development, it is more interesting and easier for students to absorb information, there is an additional motivation to learn and personal growth.
