The article examines the process of building a production schedule in terms of game theory and multi-agent systems as a set of strategic interactions. The problem underlying the study is due to the insufficient effectiveness of existing planning methods in terms of distributed production systems, since such methods do not take into account the multiple individual nature of the actions of the system elements. The paper proposes a classification of stakeholders in the process of building a production schedule, a classification of interactions of the target functions of these stakeholders, represented as agents of strategic interaction, introduced for the general case of agent utility functions. The results are a universal methodological basis for performing practice-oriented work on modeling scheduling processes in terms of multi-agent systems in various distributed production systems.
