The study substantiates the theoretical and practical relevance of the value development in adolescents in a temporary community while applying the intensive educational technologies based on social time compression. On the one hand, the search for and investigation of such technologies is determined by the new ways to manage the learning environment in various temporary communities considering the global information war. On the other hand, it is caused by the ideas about the increasingly rapid pace of life and the research results on artificial time intensification in social sciences. In education science, there is no theoretical underpinning of applying these technologies in developing values among adolescents, and their effective use is unavailable. Existing intensive technologies in education are used on other theoretical grounds. The authors analyze the social time concept and the approaches to its intensification in the learning environment of a temporary adolescent community. The study describes the cognitive and emotional components in the subjective personal perception of psychological time by a group of leaders and elder teenagers and the changes in values and ideals of adolescents.
