Formation of values-based orientations of future teachers with regard to professional activities

The relevant problem of formation of values-based orientations of future teachers as the key factor of their professional becoming and the challenge response of modern society: multitasking, digitalization, personalization and multiculturalism, is considered. On the basis of analysis of modern scientific literature and regulatory documents there are revealed the essence, structure and classification of value orientations of future teachers. The conditions of their development in the process of professional training of students on the basis of generalization of practical training of Voronezh State Pedagogical University are emphasized.
