Formation of human capital using the competence approach and indicators of the dynamics of the organic structure of production

The importance of managing the growth of the organic structure of production in conditions of increasing importance for the economic dynamics and social stability of innovation and investment development is investigated. The growth of the organic structure of production has acquired special significance for the internal corporate, sectoral, macro-economic dynamics for the predominantly intensively oriented systems with the release of workers from traditional structures and forms of employment. The development of modern organizational and managerial forms of production is determined by the level and dynamics of human capital. However, with a variety of approaches, directions, mechanisms and forms of reproduction of human capital, the relationship between its dynamics and the dynamics of the organic structure of production, leading to an intensive type of organization of production, remains to a lesser extent investigated.
