Formation of financial innovative strategy of regions on the basis of financial-investment and innovative potential of territories

Innovative activities at the regional level are a factor in increasing the competitiveness of the territory, the condition for the sustainable socio-economic development. The author points out that improving of innovation activities at the regional level is possible through the development and implementation of financial innovation strategy, which is based on the evaluation of financial investment and innovation capacities.
