The formation process of primary school teachers’ readiness to create a comfortable educational environment is becoming particularly important today due to the fact that in the context of modern requirements, the school needs to organize the educational environment in such a way as to create a space for self-realization of each individual, while acting within the guidelines set by the state. The authors consider a possible option for future preparing the primary school teacher to create a comfortable developing educational environment, focusing on the Federal state standard of higher education 3++. The paper defines the quality parameters of a comfortable developing educational environment in three components: subject-spatial, social and technological, which served as the basis for the development of the content and sequence use of case tasks in a special course created by the author's team. The paper contains examples of case tasks aimed at students' awareness of the educational environment role in achieving the planned results for younger students, as well as at understanding the relationship between the goal and the task of education in primary school, age and individual characteristics of younger students, the characteristics of the topic and subject, designing and constructing a comfortable developing educational environment.
