One of the most important factors ensuring the effectiveness of the organization is the willingness of the staff to the management of conflicts that are an integral component of any professional activity. The author presents the results of a study aimed at developing the method of in-house training of the firm employees to form the employees’ readiness to conflict management in professional activities. The main conceptual ideas of the technique defined by the conditions and objectives of the organization were described where the working environment and the objectives of the organization as part of its educational policies were taken into account with the focus on increasing employee motivation and independent learning activities as well as monitoring and evaluating the level of readiness to control the learning process. The principles of the practical implementation of the conceptual ideas of the methodology were grounded. The complex includes the system, synergistic, axiological, student-activity, competence, managerial, environmental, andragogical approaches. The results of the study can be applied in the practice of in-house training in the implementation of educational programs for the formation of readiness for conflict management of employees of the organization in professional activities.
