Formation of students' readiness for pedagogical activities based on the analysis of professional difficulties

The topical problem of forming readiness for student's professional teaching is discussed. It is shown that psychological, psycho-physiological, theoretical and practical training are the basis of readiness for teaching and that the process will be more efficient if problems of the beginning teachers are taken into account in the course syllabi and practical training programs. It is proved that the complex of inner and outer difficulties is determined by successful teaching of the young teacher, tools to overcome the difficulties are professional support of the young teacher, information-education environment of the teaching community, inclusion of regional component into the scientific pedagogical support of young teacher professional establishment.
