Forming effective trajectory to improve the quality of organizations management based on lean technologies

The article is devoted to finding ways to improve the quality of organizations management based on the use of Lean Production technology, as one of the main effective production and management systems of the second half of the 20th - early 21st centuries. Based on the use of relevant scientific, literary and statistical material, approaches to the interpretation of the term of "quality of organization management" are considered. A refined definition of this term is proposed that takes into account the transformation of the category essence in the conditions of innovative management orientation. The current state and development trends of the Lean Production concept are analyzed, and the features of the implementation of its key tools in companies of certain countries (including one of the most dynamic countries, the People's Republic of China) are studied. The hypothesis is confirmed that the sustainability of the effective management of the Chinese economy subjects is based on the large-scale use of original technical and managerial innovations in the field of high technologies, including the Lean concept, based on the conscious application of the ideology, philosophy and principles borrowed from the Japanese national TPS system. It is shown that in the conditions of the Russian Federation the implementation of the Lean concept is much slower than in China, and the main constraining causes are analyzed. Taking into account significant differences in the mentality of the population of the Russian Federation and foreign countries, it is recommended not to place too high hopes on Lean technologies and not to expect results from them similar to the level of foreign companies business, but to rather focus all attention on working out the mechanism for the effective functioning of individual tools and methods, making these processes an integral part of the new organizational and production culture of Russian companies. The features of the use of tools and methods of lean production at enterprises of the Russian Federation are considered, and the factors that reduce their effectiveness are investigated, and also the ways to overcome the identified problems are proposed. The paper presents the results of introducing a package of the Lean-technology tools into the management system of a transport and logistics enterprise.
