The relevance of the issue concerning the formation of ethno-singing culture in individuals is underscored by the examination of the organization of professional training for students in higher education institutions of culture, the effectiveness of pedagogical technologies, generalization of pedagogical experience and forecasting the prospects of ethnocultural education. Today, this field, by transmitting the culture of the past, actively influences the state of modern folk vocal and musical art, updating it through the cultivation of individuals who possess both knowledge of folk singing traditions and the ability to perceive and reproduce works of art of the oral tradition, combined with new musical thinking. Ethnovocal education is defined by the author as a multifaceted process of communication, serving as an institution that enables the preservation of the singing culture of an ethnic group through its reconstruction, while also allowing for its development through the creative activities of individuals. The article emphasizes the appropriateness of implementing a specifically organized early ethno-vocal education for each individual, aimed at mastering their native local singing culture and later becoming familiar with the values of other folk cultures. This requires the professional training of ethnocultural teachers with a high level of ethno-singing culture.
