The article substantiates development of mathematical knowledge of Bachelors of Engineering based on the strengthening and professionalization, involving selection and structuring of invariant and practice-oriented knowledge, development of project skills and readiness to elaborate convergent technologies, willingness for continuing education. The rules of implementation of the principles include mathematization of knowledge, building of an integrative module of general cultural and professional competences development, application of the effect of incomplete action, system quantization of mathematics knowledge.
