Formation of organizational culture based on the principles of lean production

The research conducted by the author is based on the conceptual provisions of "lean manufacturing" and organizational culture. The influence of organizational culture on the effectiveness of the introduction of the concept of lean production at modern enterprises is proved, the conditions for the formation of "lean" thinking among employees of the enterprise, tools and methods are considered, and the levels of manifestation of organizational culture based on the principles of lean production are analyzed.
