This article discusses the methodological techniques used for the training of interpreters at the Higher school of translation (University of Paris III). The basis for the methodological approach is interpretative theory of translation, which the authors are D. Seleskovitch and M. Lederer. This approach ensures the highest level of professional training of simultaneous interpreters produced by ESIT.
