Formation of professional culture of future sound engineers in the process of study at the university

The success of the professional activities of any specialist is largely dependent not only on the level of his skill, but also from degree of compliance of its individual personal qualities to requirements of the profession chosen by it. From that how fully future specialist perceives certain norms, standards, traditions and rules of conduct in particular professional sociocultural environment depends its place in society and its future in the profession. The most important condition for the training of future specialist in terms of educational space of the university is the process of formation of professional culture, which defines the ratio of the future specialist to his professional activities, society and himself, as well as determines the level and quality of future achievements in the framework of his chosen profession. In this article the author makes an attempt of definition of concept and identification of essence of professional culture of the sound producer. Fundamental criteria and pedagogical conditions of professional culture formation of the sound engineer in the course of training at the university are considered, rudimentary components of this phenomenon are defined. Specificity of sound production activity in the conditions of educational and creative space of the university is analyzed. The essential characteristic of the basic principles of education and development of future specialists in the field of sound production of cultural and mass performances and concert programs is given.
