The structure of professional responsibility of aircraft mechanics is singled out. The authors definition of the notion is given. The analysis of State Educational Standards in the aspect of forming professional responsibility is carried out. The whole set of principles of modular and personality developing training is defined. The principles provide successful forming of professional responsibility of aircraft and technical college students.
