The article discusses ways to promote socio cultural projects, creative teams and cultural institutions. The author analyzes the producer's activities in creating and promoting socio cultural projects, as well as provides recommendations for promoting various types of creative projects. The main methods of promoting cultural and leisure programs used to prepare a socio cultural project are considered, and their types are characterized. The article describes the role of fundraising and crowdfunding for the strategy of producing socio cultural projects. The author notes that a successful producer requires developed skills of an individual approach, high emotional intelligence, organization, the ability to clearly see and competently segment the target audience. A great value for a producer is the creation of a motivated volunteer community with clearly distributed responsibilities by field of activity. The author analyzes the adaptive processes of conducting socio cultural projects under updated conditions and different platforms. Formation of professional competences of a producer in university training at this stage is in constant updating and improvement.
