Speech skills formation during students' english learning in the technical university as a base for cultural-linguistic field

In this article the author considers the main problems of the speech skills formation during students' English learning in the technical university and conversation as a base for cultural-linguistic field. To find solution to foreign language training, the author considers it in the unity with educational and pedagogic tasks typical for language teaching methods.
