The article is devoted to ways of applying a new typology of socio-economic systems to improvement of the system of management. With the help of a practical case the author identifies and justifies the incongruence of system management components, as well as their irrelevance to the chosen organizational business-model. The results of the research determine the methods of perfecting the management system of the company in question and propose the ways of harmonizing the system of management on the basis of typology of socio-economic systems.
