Students soft skills formation via project activities technologies in learning foreign languages

The role of projecting, which is the basis of contemporary teaching/learning and is focused on forming students' soft skills in teaching foreign languages, is discussed. Doing employer's projects in the projection of the potential personnel provides students with a possibility to develop soft skills demanded today. Projecting technology facilitates strengthening partnership of the institution and employers providing students with relevant experiences of their future work and developing the additional competences.
