Molding ability at the innovative engineering activity in technical universities

The article characterises innovative engineering activity and provides classification of innovations. the notion of ability in innovative engineering activity is formulated as well. Based on the above items the subsystem of the teaching methodology system is introduced to develop abilities in innovative engineering activity of students in technical universities within the course "Fundamentals of Engineering Creativity and Patenting".
