Formation of labor potential through the prism of human and regional potentials

The article examines the process of labor potential formation as a mutual influence of human and regional resources. The basic concepts and theoretical foundations of the interaction of these two types of potentials are analyzed. The authors propose a conceptual model for the integration of human and regional potentials within the framework of the formation of labor potential. The research contributes to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of labor potential development and can be used in strategic planning of socioeconomic development of regions.
