Forms of organizing tutorial support when working with gifted students

The relevance of this article lies in the fact that in the digital realities, teachers become tutors when working with gifted students, using various forms of tutoring support. The article describes several forms of tutoring support used in the educational process at the specialized educational research center, the IT Lyceum of Kazan Federal University. The key competencies required by teachers supporting gifted students are identified. Key areas of the teacher's role in this transformation are defined. The teacher's personality when supporting gifted students also develops based on an innovative and integrative approach. The approach includes organizational, competency-based, and functional components that define the teacher-tutor's path when supporting gifted students in general education boarding institutions.
