Foresight technology in the modernization of the educational program with the focus on the digital culture of the future teacher

This article focuses on the role of foresight technology in the process of updating educational programmes in the Republic of Kazakhstan with an emphasis on the digital culture of the future teacher. The authors of the article offer ways to introduce foresight technology with the joint effective interaction of stakeholders (students, teachers, employers, etc.) in the process of modernizing the three aspects of the educational programme (on the example of the educational program of the bachelor level “Foreign language: two foreign languages”) - the purpose, content-based component and the operational one. The authors present the possibilities of foresight technology in relation to the verbalized form of joint activities through the analysis of the Minor programs (additional educational program) in creating the foundation of the digital culture of the future teacher (the authors unveil the list of updated 16 minor programs with an emphasis on the digital culture of the future teacher). The article presents fragments of a profession card with a prognostic component, excerpts from the list of formed competencies with the possibility of prognostic modernization.
