Foresight technology in educational activities in institutes of culture

The article deals with the issues of educational process modernization in institutes of culture in the context of student-centered paradigm. The role of interactive technologies in building-up students' cultural and professional competencies is accented. Foresight - technology based on acquiring and analyzing of systematized expert knowledge is proposed for using in educational process. Attributive features of foresight - technology and it's possibilities in strategic personal qualities development of graduate and postgraduate students are characterized. The most significant requirements to interactive lessons based on foresight technology are featured. Among them are the following: diversity of social and demographic characteristics of participants, availability of their communicative competences, detailed scenario of strategic development of the object of expertise, backward communication between the instructor and participants.
