Functions of barrier territories of enterprises in ensuring a comfort condition of the urban space

The article discusses the role of special industrial barrier areas in the formation of the security and comfort of the urban environment. Taking into consideration the mechanisms of dispersion of pollutants in the atmosphere, type of the analyzed areas (deposition, absorption, dispersion), main functions, species identity and methods of planting, the following additional functions (total (urban and social) one and specific (environmental and barrier contact) one) of the territories of enterprises in ensuring the comfort of the urban space were systematized. The concept of an industrial system of the landscape gardening and urban development is formalized. Its composition, functions, factors of the development, indicators of the efficiency and productivity of the exploitation of its specific assets were defined. The peculiarities of spatial planning with the analysis of regulatory requirements of the non-commercial nature of construction projects were noted and a partnership of interested parties was proposed. It is shown that using the rational combination of assets it is possible to balance excessive current maintenance costs of the barrier site and the receipt of funds from the operation of socially significant objects allowed to be placed on it. It is concluded that the industrial system of landscape gardening perform the role of an actual means of the integration of a part of the territory of the enterprise into the framework of the city.
