Functions and features of corporate culture educational organization

The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of corporate culture in an educational organization. The authors analyze various definitions of corporate culture and its structural components (values, traditions, group norms and rules of behavior, symbols, rituals and others). The authors note that the concept of "corporate culture" is mainly considered in business. The issues of studying and forming a corporate culture in educational organizations receive less attention in theory and practice. The article distinguishes between the corporate culture of a business and an educational organization. The corporate culture of the educational organization has various functions: integration of participants in the educational process; increase the image and competitiveness of the educational institution; the formation of a favorable psychological climate; improve the quality of training and education and others. The authors believe that the corporate culture in an educational organization should be based on human relationships and close interaction of all subjects of the educational process. This will create a psychologically comfortable, safe environment in the educational organization and successfully satisfy the needs of teachers, pupils, their parents, as well as society and the state.
