Functions of exclamatory statements in the literary text of the novel “Tired of being born and dying” by the Chinese writer Mo Yan and its translation into Russian

The article deals with the function of the exclamatory statements in the Chinese fictional works. On the basis of the material of the literary text of the Chinese writer and its translation into Russian, there is shown that the exclamatory statements, considering as the means of the creation of the artistic image and the text coherence, create the artistic images of the text and realize the communicative and emotive function. The author demonstrates and reveals the features of using the exclamatory statements in the Chinese fictional literature.
