Gastronomic discourse of Kazakhstan: aspects of study

The article presents an analysis of the informative value and influence peculiarities of the gastronomic discourse of Kazakhstan. For the first time, we have analyzed the features of the chronotopos, gender features and the value component of the culinary discourse of Kazakhstan. The article deals with these three structural basic constructions of the discourse based on the newspaper article, professional and amateur cooking websites, as well as advertising of culinary products of industries and restaurants. The features of the cyclic chronotopos, gender ritual features and specific value characteristics of culinary discourse are revealed. We have come to the conclusion that the multi-stage ethno-cultural characteristics of the chronotope, the shift in gender characteristics are associated with the peculiarities of the target setting of the gastronomic discourse of Kazakhstan, which combines the setting for the restoration of the ethno-cultural foundations of life and culture, taking into account the realities of life of Kazakhstanis in the 21 st century.
