The article deals with the substantiation of the relevance of the gender approach as an innovative educational process of the beginner football players in the system of the additional education. There is suggested the author’s program of the collective football tasks of the boys and girls of 6-8 years old on the basis of the concepts of the renewed humanitarian (social) paradigm of the gender-based approach in education.
