Gender potential of law terms (based on the English and American law terminology)

The article deals with the topical issue of education and the development of the term systems under the influence of the extralinguistic factors. There are described the gender differences in the semantic structure of the English and American law terms. The authors prove that the specialized spheres of the language are formed under the influence of the different elements of the gender system.
