The Genesis of Artificial Intelligence in the Context of a Cultural- Philosophical Approach

Artificial intelligence is a rapidly developing phenomenon, the understanding of which is the subject of a significant corpus of research in various fields of science. Since generalizations are expressed in the development of definitions and in sciences oriented toward identifying general patterns, the work of developing a definition in the philosophy of culture will appear to be both a new and an actual task. The definition that the author of the article aims at also has practical significance, since it is proposed for use not only in the philosophy of culture, but also as a cultural-philosophical view of artificial intelligence, which can provide legal scholars with additional information in developing their understanding of artificial intelligence.
