Hormonal study in patients with hyperplastic diseases of endometrium in the conditions of ecological trouble

Бесплатный доступ

The hormonal status of women with endometrial hyperplasia has been determined. The content of ovarian hormones was evaluated taking into account the length of stay in ecologically unfavorable conditions and compared with the results of ultrasound examination and functional diagnostic tests rates. The study showed that the factor that provokes the proliferative processes in the endometrium is hyperestrogenism, including relative hyperestrogenism. Mechanisms of hyperestrogenism development may be different in different living conditions. The distribution of patients according to the pathogenesis of hyperplastic process will allow researchers to differentiate the therapeutic approaches to this pathology more clearly.
