Urban cultural and creative projects as a condition for the development of continuous art education in the system «additional education - university»

The article analyzes the participation of teachers and students of a pedagogical university in a city cultural and creative project for schoolchildren with the aim of developing continuous art education in the “Additional education university” system. The opinion is expressed that the participation of art students in them meets the human need for lifelong education. The implementation of the idea of lifelong arts education in the educational environment of the city is analyzed based on the theoretical research method (analysis of regulatory documents and literature on the problem of lifelong and arts education, analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization and interpretation of data). The author concludes that urban cultural and creative projects will make it possible to intensify the process of development of continuous art education in the “Additional education university” system at the city level, subject to the interaction of interested subjects of education, the creation of a coordination center, the availability of information about their implementation and registration forms, subject to the content and form of the events to the interests and needs of the participants.
